Frequent Flyers

Biography

These two vinyl junkies both got their first taste of DJing back in 2007 and have been honing their skills at club nights and house parties around scotland ever since.

Landing a residency at Axis this year has further brought these two upstarts into the public eye and has seen them play a unique and exciting blend of new and classic house music every wednesday night.

After support gigs for the likes of Adam Freeland, Nadastrom, Jokers of the scene and Felix Cartal (to name a few) anticipation has grown around them moving into the realms of production, the first hint of which has been their mashup “Martyrs are Bonkers” which has seen them combine underground house sounds from John Roman with festival anthem of 2009, Dizzee Rascal’s Bonkers.

Tipped to be a pair to watch out for in the coming months as they support Mightyfools, Yolanda Be Cool, Dem Slackers and Calvertron and continue to produce crowd pleasing mashups and remixes.

Frequent Flyers comprise of Iain Rogers and Rufus (Ruairidh Finnigan).
